An explanation of some of the important parts that are required in a building process will be explained in this short article. The explanation given here is quite simple and not too complicated. In general, the process of the construction of skyscrapers can be divided into several major sections, which are as follows:

  1. Construction Management: Created to manage the construction process of the building, from planning to execution. Construction design process is the most important process of each series of the development process of a building.
  2. Planning Consultant: Has a duty to make building design, featuring an image of the building, bill of quantity, as well as monitor the planning process that can be applied directly in the field.

  5. Sub-contractor: Has a duty to perform some specific tasks, such as electrical installation, special architectural planning, garden designing, and so forth.
  6. Marketing Management Building: Managing construction of various commercial buildings, such as office building, apartments and hotels. This management function is selling as much and as quickly as possible the building’s units that have been built. The ability to present the products is the most important thing in this management type.
  7. Building Maintenance Management: Created to carry out day-to-day maintenance of the building. Usually the building owners hire firms that provide services of building maintenance in a long period, for example five years or more. Most apartments charge of building maintenance at the occupants with a system of monthly installments.
